A screen capture program you might like.

I'm trying a free trial of a program called "Snagit" this allows you to "capture" a portion of whatever is showing on your screen and turn it into almost any kind of media. There is one that comes with Vista and Server 2008 called "snipping tool". It is very much the same.

I use it all the time.

It would be interesting to see if it runs on xp but that program you pointed out looks good too.
