That's what this forum is all about, sharing. We have all types of members; experienced life-long professionals to newbies just getting interested in the field. There are no dumb questions and I doubt that anyone here would give you a derogatory answer to any question or issue.
I see a lot of "views" of posts and topics, but not a lot of sharing or thoughts from new guys. Participation makes this thing work for all of us, we'll get more hits and more members that way.
