FiveWood

After 7 months of work (and re-work), it makes me so happy and relieved to present to you the finished FiveWood case. I built this as an entry for computer case modification/creation competitions. I've built cases before, but not from wood.

I am fairly new to serious woodworking. I've known how to use the tools for a long time, I've just never attempted anything so ambitious. Perfect? Not at all. I have learned more about woodworking from this project than I could ever write down.

Hey, CC - I'm sure the Kl0wn meant to pay you a compliment but the syntax is a bit confusing. As in telling someone about your work, "(If) you think your case is cool because you have a few LED's, then check this out."

I'm a Computer Science major, so many of the people I deal with in class are obviously going to be gamers. Many of these guys love to brag on their "modded" cases. To them, two $5 LED fans from NewEgg.com installed on their case makes it "modded". I will show them pics of your case and tell them, "Now, this is a modded case! And tasteful at that." :D

I got it! Sometimes I'm in the fog. I completely missed the intent, my bad. I was looking for a link on the "check this out" text. :( Been buring the midnight oil too much lately.

I don't understand Don's "Hey look a chicken" thing or tklown comment but I do understand exceptional hard work, loads of hours & great design imagination on the 5W computer case.
Great work.
