porter cable sander question

Hello,

I need to replace the sanding pad on my porter cable 7335 5" sander and need to know how to unscrew the old one to put on the new one. the head spins so freely and don't know how to keep it still to unscrew it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, Chris - look for wrench flats on the shaft, they may be very narrow and take a stamped wrench. I'm not familiar with this particular sander.
