Hey, Guys. At some point you will want to post pictures for others to see. The first step in that process is uploading the picture to the web, either on your own site or a place like photobucket.com.
Then you will want to copy the address and make sure it is formatted this way * this will display the picture within the post like this;
http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m206/donwright/cobrawork.jpg
If you simply copy the address where the picture is located then the reader will need to click on the link, as below;
http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m206/donwright/cobrawork.jpg
But if I take the above link and change the code at the beginning and end of the string to * [img] then the picture will display again like this;
[img]http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m206/donwright/cobrawork.jpg
Photobucket makes it easy because just clicking on the IMG Code copies it, ready for pasting.
If anyone has other thoughts on this please add to my weak knowledge.
