Hey, Guys. After a while everyone associates your posts with the picture of your avatar. The one above was made by taking a digital picture, cropping it and resizing. I'm sure there is an easier way and if someone has it let me know.
The picture consists of a hand plane from my grandfather on my mother's side, the only thing I have of his besides DNA. The change purse and watch or from my Dad's father. The high school ring is my fathers, the same school that I attended first grade. The other ring is from a company where I was GM for many years. People ask me why I still wear it even though I don't work there any longer, I tell them it's like a being awarded a medal in a war - I earned it.
Anyway, I may try to make a better composition at some point, but this will do for now and put a little of my heritage out there in the world.
