If fossil fuels are the problem, I for one, am doing my part to eliminate them from the planet. I think everyone should chip in and do their part.:)

Federal preemption won't work for long with this issue. It's not just national, but international. In the end, the States will likely do their own thing despite what the federal government says. And the Fed Decision may not withstand scrutiny anyway. Preemption can set the rules, but pursuant to the constitution, States can invoke greater or additional protections.
