Built a deck? Added windows? Changed out a door? Replaced siding?

I flip houses on the side. Here is few of the 900 or so pictures of my first flip.
It is a 1931 home with living space in the attic and a full basement remodel. I gutted the entire place and started from scratch.
I'd love to post all the pics but here are a few highlights. At the time it was a mid level home in the area so we used mid range finish options.

Kitchen Before:
If you look closely you can see the rat droppings piled on the counter.

Dagster, you're an artist. I know it's the result of a lot of hard work though. Looks like you've found another niche to express yourself. Well done.

Thanks for the kind words. I really love doing the work, I feel free in a way. Now, if I could find a way to manufacture more time.

Not as nice as Dagsters work, but here a couple of items I did around the house to spruce it up a bit. The house used to be used as rental income so the tenants used it up pretty good. Drawer fronts pulled off, cabinets broke, doors kicked in, etc...I flipped the appliances around so you didn't walk in the front door and see the side of the fridge.

My kitchen redo before,

ripping out the moldy drywall behind the sink and dishwasher...

The new cabinets, flooring and granite top installed,

By basement redo after we got flooded out in the big rains of june last year. I dug up the floor and put in a perimeter drain hooked to a sump pump. Been dry ever since. But I put in a dri-core floor under the flooring to make sure nothing warped.

Before,

After, (still need to do the trim) and figure a way to keep the pipe that is in the upper part of the wall from freezing in the winter. I had it covered but had to open the wall at the top to let the heat in there to thaw the pipe. I'm thinking some kind of mesh painted white? and a heat tape. I don't know who the brain surgeon was that put the water pipe right up along the sill....I can't get any insulation behind it. I may wind up having to move it if the mesh idea doesn't work. anyway...

Everything looks very nice! :D

I'm amazing that that was a rental property. Must've had humans for tenants, versus the trained apes without the training I'm used to seeing around here.
