It's cherry with poplar drawers.

Thanks for the kind words.
I just finished a cherry frame for his wall mirror to match the cabinet.
I'm now back on his bedroom project.
I'm making him a 6 drawer dresser.

I'd get so much more done if I didn't have kids:D
