Here are a few pics of a built-in entertainment center I did for someone.

Wow, Joe. That's pretty good looking stuff. The pictures are kind of small (not the thumbnails), do you have any others? Tell us a little about it and the hardware that you used.

Nice job Joe! Is that a glass door on the right-hand side? How did you mount the glass?

The dovetails look great, and like the shine of the finish. How did you finish it?

What's next on the ole project agenda.

I cut a rabbet in the back of the door the thickness of the glass. I then used clear plastic holders to hold the glass in place.

The finish is a color match of existing cabinets the customer had. I took one of their cabinet doors to Sherwin Williams and they matched it. The topcoat is 3 coats of a satin poly, saned with 320 between coats.

Not sure what the next project will be. I would like to tackle bent wood laminations for table legs.

The customer took those pics.

The center is constructed in 4 sections. The carcass is 3/4 cabinet grade birch plywood. the face frames, door, drawer fronts are solid birch. The drawers are popular.

The finish is a color match done by Sherwin Williams from the customers existing cabinets. The topcoat is 3 coats of satin poly sanded with 320 grit between coats. The drawer and door hardware is from Rockler. Also the air grommets are from Rockler.
